Weber-Morgan Health Department

Weber-Morgan Health Department and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) have joined forces to help homeowners protect themselves from the harmful effects of radon gas.  Residents are invited to attend a workshop to learn about radon, the second-leading cause of cancer. Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that can build up in the ground near your home. Topics include how to test your home and how to mitigate the effects. A limited supply of free home test kits will be available to those who attend the presentation.
